Yunye He (贺 云野)
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Genome Sciences, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo, at the Laboratory of Complex Trait Genomics.
My research focuses on genetic analyses of complex traits and diseases. Specifically, I study the genetic architecture of gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer disease, and cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke, using approaches spanning genomics, omics integration, and statistical genetics.
